We’re just 500 meters from Seaton Carew Links Golf Course and only a mile from Hartlepool town center. The nearby Seal Sands industrial area is also easily accessible. Nature lovers will appreciate the Teesmouth Nature Reserve, a haven for migrating ducks and rare wading birds—particularly abundant in the winter months—along with a thriving seal population in the estuary.
